Our paper Efficient Qubit Simulation of Hybrid Oscillator-Qubit Quantum Computation is now on arXiv! We established a framework for simulating hybrid oscillator-qubit quantum processors on qubit-only systems through position encoding with only a mild polylogarithmic overhead in circuit volume – an exponentially tigher upper bound on the advantage of CV-DV quantum computers as compared to DV only ones for generic computation.
